I left school at 16 to become a plumber. My brothers were plumbers. It was in the blood and in a lot of ways, it was always going to be what I did.
But what I figured out early and what I've never let go of is that plumbing isn't really about pipes. It's about people. You're coming into someone's home. You're dealing with a family. They're trusting you with their space.
Over the years, I watched how a lot of tradies operate. They'd rush through. They wouldn't call back. They'd give you a quote that doubled by the time the job was done. I couldn't work like that. Honestly, I didn't want to. Every job I go to, I walk in the same way respectfully, without rushing, and ready to actually listen.
So Concept Plumbing Victoria became my way of doing things differently. I've had clients tell me things they've never told a stranger. That's not because I'm anything special. It's because I take the time to make people feel heard.
I've worked on government contracts, high-end homes right across Melbourne, and everything in between. The address doesn't change the approach. Every person gets the same care.
That's the promise I make every time I pull up to a job. Show up. Do it right. Leave the place better than I found it.
