We ran a CCTV inspection and found significant root intrusion in the underground drain that had been missed both times. We cleared the blockage and completed a full drain reline to seal the pipe permanently.

We mapped the full underground system using CCTV and completed a staged reline across the property, avoiding unnecessary excavation and protecting the original landscaping.
